Here are a few of the active projects I’m working on in my spare time:

EMS-ESP is an open-source firmware for the Espressif ESP32 microcontroller that communicates with EMS (Energy Management System) based equipment from manufacturers like Bosch, Buderus, Nefit, Junkers, Worcester and Sieger. I started the project back in 2017 to build a smart thermostat and monitor how long showers were. It has progressed since and now running in more than 10,000 homes across the world.
